Laurann J. Kirschner
Galowitz • Olson Law, PLLC Estate Planning, Probate, Guardianship and Conservatorship Attorney
Laurann’s practice focuses primarily on estate planning, guardianship and conservatorship, and probate and trust administration.
A passion for music brought Laurann to Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. There, she received a degree in Music Business and a minor in Classical Voice. Her undergraduate experience included a semester study abroad program in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a tour of Latvia and Estonia with the school’s premiere classical vocal ensemble.
“Laurann was there for me when I was at my most vulnerable, and helped me to feel strong and supported. She has all the gifts of an incredible lawyer, alongside just being a sensitive, compassionate person. I think that is truly rare, and I really lucked out!”
Laurann remained in Nashville to attend Belmont University College of Law. Laurann served as Editor-in-Chief of the “Belmont Law Review,” and published an article on the cultural impacts of international copyright law. She graduated from law school magna cum laude. Laurann was an advocate on the school’s arbitration team, and competed in Vienna, Austria, on behalf of her law school. She also spent a summer as a legal intern with the Library of Congress in Washington D.C., in the Policy and International Affairs division of the U.S. Copyright Office.
Laurann believes compassion is central to advocacy, and strives to treat each client with dignity, respect, and care. A Stillwater native, Laurann is thrilled to be back home in the St. Croix Valley with her husband, Jon, their son, Kenny, and dog, Phoebe.
