Tori brings a compassionate and detail-oriented approach to her practice, which encompasses family law, estate planning, and trust administration. With a strong focus on advocating for her clients, Tori handles a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, custody disputes, post-decree modifications, stepparent and second-parent adoptions, as well as antenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Tori ensures that her guidance reflects both the immediate needs and long-term goals of her clients.
In her estate planning practice, Tori advises individuals and families on creating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, and other essential planning tools. She ensures that her clients' legacies are preserved and that their loved ones are protected, with personalized strategies tailored to their specific circumstances.
Tori earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University and her Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Before becoming an attorney, she gained significant experience working as a law clerk throughout her education, giving her a comprehensive understanding of all phases of legal representation—from initial consultation to final resolution. Her extensive background across various aspects of legal practice ensures her clients benefit from informed and thorough counsel.
Having grown up in Woodbury and attending Stillwater Area High School, Tori is deeply connected to the St. Croix Valley community.
